Construction
LPIC over the years have developed strong relationships with trusted and proven Building Surveyors to instruct the best suited professionals for each development to value engineer and produce detailed/working designs for tender. Contractors with strong track records are selected and we only construct on a Design and Build basis to make sure that projects are always delivered on time and budget at the contractors risk.
Investment Acquisition
All Investment properties are considered whether income producing or vacant in both the commercial and residential sectors with a view to add value either via direct Asset Management or through the Development / Construction process. Generally unconditional purchases are preferred, however, conditional purchases are also promoted when a substantial hedge on planning is being taken.
Site Acquisition
Development sites in all sectors are considered, albeit the residential sector has been favoured over the last few years where we have been successful in securing planning on a number of residential apartment schemes and similarly large housing projects. Unconditional and conditional purchases considered on their own individual merits.

Planning Procurement
LPIC have a consultant base of Architects, Planning Consultants and Professionals built up over the last 25 years who have an exemplar 100% track record in working with Local Authorities to submit planning applications and where necessary working through the consultation process to secure planning consents that are recommended for approval whilst at the same time being commercially viable.
